Glenn Besnard, former keyboardist of Bumpkin Island, launched his solo project Øllø in 2015. Since then, he has been shaping a singular musical universe inspired by artists such as Boards of Canada, Mogwai, Sigur Rós and Rone.
His atmospheric, evocative music has led him to compose for theatre, dance, as well as fiction and documentary films. In 2023, he released “In Parenthesis“, an album with a captivating, ever-shifting personality.
With Unreal Landscapes, his new record set for release in 2026, Glenn delves into dreamlike electronica-ambient, conceived as a sonic canvas inviting the listener to drift and dream.
